The location of the DIY Day has been determined. You can arrive as early as 10 am on Saturday at Cabin John Regional Park in Bethesda, MD. We have the parking lot reserved with the park manager's approval. The entrance is on Westlake Drive (That is the road connecting Democracy Blvd. and Tuckerman Lane). The location is very close to Montgomery Mall and Jim Coleman Infiniti for those familiar with the area. The parking lot should be right by the entrance when you enter into the park. It takes appx 20-25 minutes from NoVa. I suggest you look up the directions for yourself by the address but do remember you have to enter from the Westlake Drive entrance:

Please be warned... no modifications that involve possible fluid leaks can be done. They must be be purely mechanical attachment mods.

Please list the mod(s) you plan on doing or if you're just stopping by, thats gravy too

 

Also for those that don't know.... This is the SAME location that we had for our first meet. The park manager seemed to be cool with that one so hopefully we don't have any problems with this however again, there can be no mods made with possible fluid leakage.

We have the lot from 10-5 that day so I'm sure Lek will also be grilling some food!! Hopefully the weather is nice and we get a good turnout.

 

hah that translates to his girl will be cooking, the food she made looked great though. I'll be coming to chill unless my spoiler arrives then I'll be doing that there .

 

I will be coming to chill as well. I don't have any mods to do....unless I get my crawford cast plenum and dont' install it right the second I get it.

I may be bringing some stuff. But not sure on what I'm bringing yet. It'll most likely be chicken.

 

I'm bringing my trunk lip spoiler (by Unlimited Tuning) to install. I will need some free (clean) hands to help with the install.

I'm probably one of the very few people in the area to have a trailer hitch on their G. So if anyone is interested, I'm bringing my bike rack and bike to the event.

What else are we having to eat there? I can bring some desert.

 

I can bring burgers if anyone wants some? Also how are you setting up the installs? If you want I can handle any of the Z tube installs and K&N drop filters (I did mine and Norm's), I haven't done the popcharger myself but the directions are cake.
