For the 6MT Drivers

How do you drive your 6MT? What RPM do you usually drive on? What rpm do you shift on? Do you put the car in neautral to come to a complete stop? Do you downshift when you are slowing down to a stop? When you are stopped are you on 1st gear or neautral?

-How do you drive your 6MT?
I'm new to manuals so I take it easy.

-What RPM do you usually drive on?
2-3.3k

-What rpm do you shift on?
Normal driving 2.5-3k

-Do you put the car in neutral to come to a complete stop?
Yes, if it's a long light. Holding the clutch down at a 2+ minute light can wear you out.

-Do you downshift when you are slowing down to a stop?
Yes, I've been told to always downshift just in case you have to accelerate to get you out of trouble. You won't be going very fast if you're still in 5th gear and a truck behind you doesn't stop.

-When you are stopped are you on 1st gear or neautral?
Again, if it's at a long light/stop then neutral, otherwise in 1st and getting ready to go again. If you're parked, it depends on the slope. If it's flat, I tend to leave it in neutral w/handbrakes. If it's hilly, put it in first and also apply the handbrakes.

Not to say this these methods are right or wrong but that's what I currently do.
