Okay so me and Ryan went to the shop, its called SOLAR CONTROL, they have shops in Manassas and Springfield i think he said... They are charging $170. as far as the matrix dot goes , he said that its better that you do not tint the matrix dot and leave it alone.... ( i wonder how that looks?! ). The Ph# is 703-757-0856 and 703-757-8468. They are closed Sunday, but unless i find a better deal some place else, i'm going to go there Sunday and get it done .... if anybody wants to come along and get their done as well .... let me know.. i have to call the guy tommorow and let him know... He is going to come in Sunday if i let him know by tommorow.

Ok the place I'm going to a place called Express tints (place with a blue garage across the street from Copelands, in centreville, VA). It's right next to the intersection of 28 and 29 but it's on route 29 (lee highway). They use a film called Diamond or something and he says you can only order so much of it per state because of it's high demand (i don't know this is what he said and he's been tinting for at least 4 years). He also said they have ways of getting around the dot matrix and that I shouldn't worry about it at all. So we'll how it looks tomorrow, lata.

I saw a car at Jba Infiniti today with tints and the dot matrix was left untinted. It looks really weird and seems like someone cut the tint short. I would ask to see it in person before having it done with that matrix left untinted.

He will do $170 for the regular grade tint film or a $190 for the upgrade to the mid grade (metallic).

For Byrnie's: They had some solution that they put over the dot matrix .. so it would stick better.
For Mine: i didn't tint the dot-matrix, put im going to go on Thursday after everything dries up and get some Vinyl on the dot matrix.

Ill get my car friday, I think im gonna go illegal. Why? Cuz ive seen cars with MIRROR tints and well... their cars dont look like the driver has a lot of money as to not care about paying for tickets... I guess police dont look at tints so much over here?

Melbourne, Florida that is.... Anyone think opposite of this?
