I'm new to these forums, the area, and a new G35c owner too. Had a horrible experience buying my car at passport about 1.5 months ago which i already posted. I just saw that you guys had a meet at Fairfax Town Center this past weekend. So close to me. haha. Well just wanted to intro myself and maybe see you guys sometime. Oh btw, for those in the NoVA area, what tint levels do you guys recommend (I hear cops in this area are a**holes)? I saw my friend with 35% in the rear and 50% in the front. It seemed a little light to me. Anyone ever been ticketed for below 35%?

As far as tint not sure I can comment because I'm in Maryland however I can recommend LA Tint and I got mine done at TNT TInt - pretty good shops. I'm sure others have their opinion. I believe there's a tint thread even in this forum to get it done. I personally have 35% all around as thats the lowest legal limit here in Maryland.

i'm getting my windows tinted too this weekend .. i think i'll be going 28 in the front and 20 at the back .. lol **** the cops! if i get pulled over .. i'll pull off a pratik

Don't mean to hijack a thread but I thought I would just piggy back on a "new-guy" one and not clog up the group. I've just started this mod-craze (Thx to Vic) and I am knee deep in it. I wish I had gotten the coupe but I will have to do with my 03 sedan. Hope to make it out sometime. The mod meet sounds intresting.

 

Yeah, the more the merrier. Sedans are always welcome. Good to see our first one come out this past meet.
