Diff Click TSB: Which Dealership?

I was driving to lunch today with the windows down and my stereo off inside my office parking garage. Lo and behold, I hear clicking noises coming from my rear right side axle when I transition from stop to go.

I'm 99% certain that I need the differential click TSB done. Anyone get this done at dealership with positive experience? Passport? Annapolis? Tysons?

Is this covered under the powertrain warranty or do you have to pay after 36k?

Thanks in Advance!

Shibal

If you got aftermarket sway bars that can also make your clicking sound. I could swear I had the rear axle click until I went in there it was actually my end links. Swapped those out and no clicking now.

Well my choices right now are:

IOT
IOA
Passport

I have no aftermarket suspension mods so I'm sure it's the TSB.

It's covered under powertrain warranty. I have done 2 350z's this week so far.

I guess I will try calling IOT and see if I can setup an appointment since they are the closest on the list.

Edit: I'm on the IOT site. Anyone have preferences on the service coordinators?

Thanks All!

I had Rebecca yesterday. Seemed like a nice person and was very accomodating. Just be prepared with everything you need done because I had to remind her a couple times for things.... She seemed kind of forgetful. She also had a nice rack from what I can tell....

I have used Joe Shifflett a few times. Seems pretty nice and helpful, and that's coming from another Service Advisor.

Great! Thanks for the help guys.. I'll give Joe a call first. A nice rack is tempting, but I gotta go with a guy who knows his stuff first.
