Thumbs down Black Listed @ IOC!

I have been banned at Infiniti of Chantilly!

Steve Taden told me that my car was too low and that they could no longer perform (my free) oil changes nor service intervals.

You know that those Tein H-Techs are such an aggressive drop...

banned? that's pretty extreme. happens when they can't get the lift arms under your car.

I've always gone there with my Z H-Tech's. I have to set up an appointment this upcoming week for an oil change and faulty window. I'll let you know if they take me.

Post pics of your car. I'd like to see how low it is with the shaved rear H-techs. I can't imagine the lift arms not clearing your side skirts unless you're slammed. I'm sure you have at least 4-5" clearance on the sides.

act. they smashed one of my splash guards (front passenger) due to the tech trying to get my car on the ramp. he used the 'heave-ho' manuever slowly gas it but slam on the brakes as soon as it was just over the bump. Eventually though, he ended up slamming down right on the splash guard. They special ordered me another, but the side skirt has been loose ever since...

Drive it up on boards? Look at how low the 350z is compared to the g35...what happens when they have a 350z come in?

one other note, i was refused free oil changes at IOC as well b/c i 'had not followed my regular service maintenance'. I prefer to change my own in cabin filter and fill my own fluids and NOT pay the $600-800 for that ridiculous garbage. So they charged me $30 for an oil change, thats my last time at IOC...

EDIT: thats what they do with my car...im pretty low and they put some 2x8 boards down on the ground and drive my car up on them so they can get the lift arms under the car...

I think this is what led to my being banned. Last month they cracked one of my splash guards. I made the F#ckers replace it.

I even wrote a letter to Infiniti thanking Steve for replacing my engine. I never trusted IOC anyway.

I'm going to have Curry's Automotive do my 30k service. At least I know they will actually replace all the fluids. I am debating suing IOC for the cost.

Although, I will contact Nissan first and find out what their policy is for lowered vehicles.
