man that doesnt suprise me at all.

I went to IOC 5 weeks ago to get a faulty airbag sensor fixed. They did that - fine.

In process they ripped off one of the levers on my passenger side seat. They've been "ordering" it for 5 weeks now. Starting to **** me off ...

I don't even know why you guys bother and take your cars to dealer for these things. Infiniti has the worst customer service ever. They are like those friends that have two sides, but you only see the nice side when you are about to sign the paper buying their car.

They give you this loyal treatment making you feel like you are buying a mercedes benz, but as soon as you leave the lot you are as worthless than anything.

Forget making appointments, and waiting in line and not being able to see your car and paying all this much money. There are all these nice private companies that would love to have your business and they charge so much less. Not to mention, you get to watch your car and get **** load of work more.

good point. I usually take my car to Justin for service when possible. cause he's doing it on the side and I pay much less. Plus if i want I can hang out.... or go somewhere and come back. but service is bs... they charge you 1000x's more than what its worth.

I like Destro's hookup for service related issues. Will probably go there for some things I'd want to get for my 60K service coming up.

Just dropped off my car at IOT to get the window motor fixed. I got nice 07X loaner. I love driving this thing and they have GREATLY improved the sound system. The front speakers sound better than my aftermarket infinitys

Kinda off topic...

IOC does have a good loaner policy unless you get one of the Enterprise P.O.S.'s.

I had a G35x sedan when my engine was being replaced. I drove the living crap out of that car! When I returned it, the brakes hardly worked and the VDC system cutoff no longer engaged (just kinda stayed on all the time).

Who says a G35 can't go off road, handle multiple torque load burnouts, transport a full size BBQ grill and cinder blocks, and blow the doors off every unsuspecting ricer on the road! Good times...

IOC

I had positive experiences only at IOC, but I never got anything major done except my 30k with Ryan Meyers while he was there (miss him). I also enjoyed Ryans' service while he was at Passport, but when I took my G in for the 45k at Passport, he had left to pursue another career. That was also when I had my $16 oil filter fiasco at Passport which Jeff made right after I pointed it out.

I have also had positive experiences with Destro at Fairfax Nissan.

Good Dealerships for NGC and DC Area Gs:
-Passport
-IOT (Justin)
-IOA (Pat?)

For non warranty work:
-Destro at Fairfax Nissan

That's my list thus far? Does NGC have an official list of approved dealerships/shops that we should reward for good service and price? I think it might be a good idea to reward the businesses that have been high quality and consistent in their service. Perhaps even a tool to keep them honest?

That's funny! D!ck...but funny. Normally I'd beat the living **** out of a loaner, as I do with rental cars but since Jeff (@ Passport) takes such good care of my car and hooks me up with loaners I try to do my best to limit the mayhem. Not to say I won't drive the **** out of it but transporting things to the dump is out of the question. Now if it were Nationwide Infiniti in Timonium...let's just say I'd make the car that Johnny Knoxville drove in Jack@ss 1 look like showroom.
