^^^^ he is right, why didint they run up to redline??? 06 is vq35hr right???
No, that's the '07 sedan and/or the '08 coupe. my '06 coupe is still the DE engine, that much I'm sure of. And now... I think I might maybe feel a bit cheated Are you saying the didn't dyno it correctly Was I cheated out of a few horses or pound/feet?
LOL, yeah I'm sure... just seems like they didn't do the best job of doing it now. It's that whole "hindsight" thing, while there everything seemed cool, but now that we're picking it apart and remembering details.... a cloud of doubt is forming.
Actually, it's a very common mistake with our cars. Most dyno operators cannot tell the difference between the rev up cars. Therefore they err on the safe side and choose the 2004 red line. Better than blowing up a motor.

But there's a clear indication of where the redline is on the tach. A [literal] red colored line starts at the 7100 rpm mark. They should be able to see that. And according to some adjusted match I would've hit about 252rwhp if they did. Losing 10hp is a HUGE difference.
On June 23rd, P-Tuning is holding a meet at their shop. A bunch of us will be meeting up at the Prince William County Court House parking lot and rolling up together.
