Anyone on a List for a GTR in NOVA?
Would you really pay over $70K for a Nissan? I couldn't envision myself doing that.
Something about going to the dealer in a 70K+ car rollin up with 1985 Sentras getting work done. There are lots of model cars out there... I hope others aren't blinded because of owning the G currently.

I hope it stays one model. A tiered supercar to meet different price points is IMO, dumb. It should stay a singular expression of Nissan's motorsport vision and heritage. Not to mention, if I ever get one, I don't want my GT-R being mistaken for a lower trim. :P

Thsi was over on my350z, from an unofficial Nissan employee.
"The GTR is expected to be available in three different model levels. Base level will be a 480hp twin-turbo V6 engine in the standard base GTR as well as the middle level GTR V-Spec. They will be priced at roughly $57,000 and $67,000 respectively. The range topping EVO version with the same VQHRTT engine as the standard and V-Spec models gets a power increase up to 530hp while losing 220 lbs. from the body for an unbelievably inexpensive price of $94,000."
I still expect (s)dealers to add their BS market adjustment...

If that's the case, I could just drop $100k for a 650HP Corvette SS that would rip Nissan a new one. One problem... I don't have $100k... -_-;
