It doesnt really peak until 8 pm so you should be able to make it. We met up in Sterling around 7:30 then rolled in.

Its in the Chick-fill-a parking lot behind Dulles town center. We will meet up at the Target plaza (Potomac Run plaza) in Sterling off of rt 7. There is an Outback steakhouse there that we will meet up at then roll in together.

 

im not super familiar with that area.... i know theres a chick-fil-a on 7 in between georgetown pike and 28.... is that close to any of the places you mentioned?
