Transmission/Clutch/ Flywheel install $250-$300

I figured, since ive taken out my transmission over 5 times now.. im pretty confident that i have it down to a science.
(SCIENCE:every bolt and how to get to them and their torque specs)

So, my best time without any help is 6 hours using the military base's auto skills center ( has all the tools required )

I'm sure the G35 driver community is very capable of doing this on their own, but for those who can't do it, and don't wanna pay so much..

I would like to volunteer to do it at a much cheaper price.

If anyone want a transmission swap, change the clutch or flywheel,
just PM me, and i will see if i can do it over the weekend. SAT or SUN

if i start on it at 9am. i will have it done by 4pm

(I follow the 350z/G35 manual's EVERY TORQUE SPECS)

I do this to make a little bit on the side, and because i've been ripped off paying around $500 for the cheapest shops to do this work.

Sincerely,
Ur local Tuner

oh.. by the way..i live in Southern Maryland ..

distances and time

Centerville, Fairfax : 1.25 hours away

Rockville, Germantown: 1.5 hours away

Waldorf, Upper Malboro: 30-45 minutes away

Richmond, 2 hours away (sorry)

Norfolk, Va Beach .. ( Haaaah! in a sarcastic tone)

If you have a base near by that has a garage with a lift,... maybe.. just maybe... (cuz im confortable with my base's garage.. i know they have the exact tools i need to get it done fast + its close to home)

Wow, that is an awesome price. I would rather pay someone like you than a mechanic who has never done a VQ tranny.

^^^^ thanks..
i once paid a local mechanic to install clutch/flywheel for $500 at his own home (had his own lift, car garage. (he works as in a tranmission shop)

and he didn't tighten all the bolts down w/ tread lock (the flywheel bolts)

and one came loose and rattled all around between the clutch and flywheel, causing it to get stuck (wouldn't engage, or disengage)

since it destroyed my new clutch, he's doing me a favor of rebuilding my spare transmission

yup... over 15 years experience but never worked on a VQ35 rwd
