If so, we finally have a twist of fate. My new every 2 just came and just in time because I've been wanting a qwerty phone w/ data and settled long ago on a blackberry. Verizon is getting a worldphone in about 3 weeks. It's the new blackberry 8830.

I think my new every 2 is in June so I have to get that phone. I love my Motorola Q, but I've had it since the release date. Its time to upgrade!

 

How has the Q treated you? One rep told me that the Q was one of the most returned phones released at the moment. I had contemplated getting that a while back.

I know...I have only had it for a year. Verizon gave it to me last year for the sale price because I had the E815 and I went through 3 of those under warranty. I guess they felt sorry for me.

To answer clokwork...Its the best phone I have had thus far (and I have had a lot of phones). I abuse the hell out of it and it has never quit on me. The only problem I have now is battery life. I bought the extented battery and that one when dead in about 4 months so they gave me another.

 

if you go through amazon, you often get better price than verizon's new every 2 plan and only have to sign 1 year contracts...

 

avoid windows-based phones. In a few months it will start kicking your butt with bluetooth

 

These look nice but i dont want a blackberry.I have verizon though.They have some other windows based phone. I want to see what apple has to offer.

I agree with you. I dont want a blackberry either. I am no exec, and have no time to sit on the phone and look on the internet. If i was GIVEN one, i would take it , but i dont want to go buying one. That said, Verizon sucks when it comes to variety of phones. I want a nice phone, that has features, and that does not SUCK and require maintenance BY Verizon every 4 months. Anyone else have any good phones, that are just a step or two lower than the blackberry? I have an LG something or another. Not bad, but definately time to upgrade!
