First Service- IOC????

Hey guys-

I started the car up this morning and its due for its first service. I live in Winchester, and bought the car in Ellicot City, MD. Thats just tooo far to go for the service, so they said I could have it done wherever and they would pay/reimburse me for it. Infiniti of Chantilly is the closest to me (about 45 min away). Anyone recommend or dissuade me from calling and setting up an appointment there?!?!?

Thanks!

Yo, How was the bachelor party (or wedding) in Chicago. The Skyline Drive was awesome. I'll be posting some pics either later tonight or tomorrow.

I hit my first service the other day while heading back home from VA. Tried to make an appointment with JBA this morning. They were apparently busy with other folks. Left a message for them to call me back. Haven't heard anything yet. We'll see.

good alternatives include Infiniti of Annaplise, Tysons, and Alexandria, IOC is used by quite a few people here

May want to even possibly contact DESTRO on this site. He is a service guy at Brown's Nissan in Fairfax. Although its a Nissan dealer they do service on our cars and he may be able to hook you up on the price. I've had some work done there with a great experience.

If the other dealer is going to reimburse you I'm assuming price isn't an issue to you so IOC is probably okay. I've been going there for a while as well. Just be careful and note all the marks/wheel scrapes possibly you already have and if it comes back with some bring it up to them.

id be a bit more hesitant in taking an 07 sedan to a Nissan stealership. At least w/ the coupes, the engine is the same, but does the 07 sedan even share the same engine as any nissan??

The wedding in Chicago was a good time. My boy is DONE, haha. Hectic as I think they all are. We had a good time though. Coming back to work today isnt nearly as fun, I am behind the 8-ball though and need to get some work done- ughh

I see we got some new/updated smileys while I was gone, I feel like I missed SOO much, haha.

I called- apparently they have to have someone call me back to schedule an appt. Why have someone answer the phone in the service department who cannot schedule service appointments?!?!
