there are UCs in minivans. see people pulled over by them alot since i've been back home to MD...

i'm pretty sure unmarked cars cant pull you over in Cali. Atleast i know i wouldnt stop... there's tons of people that put the lights in there car's and try to pull people over just for fun. I wouldnt stop until i saw a black and white with lights.

UCs can be driving anything even taxis. friend got pulled over by an undercover in a taxi. they could be drivin ice cream trucks lol

 

I've seen a minivan, unmarked, pulled some car over here by columbia maryland by Route 29. I've been seeing off the wall cop cars around that area lately....accords, neons, minivans. It's crazy, crazy i tell ya!
