For all I know Someone put some lights in his car and pretending to be a cop. So I got scared and started running away from him afraid that he's going to do something bad to me.

I thought it was entrapment for a police officer to entice you into breaking the law ie: reving his engine in an unmarked and tinted car?

 

Not really entrapment, besides your word against his. When I was in high school/ college, we had a trooper in a 5.0 mustang that would pull in behind and tailgate you, until you punched it. He wrote a bunch of tickets that way.

 

I met this kid last summer with a tricked out Red Z with lambo doors down the shore in Jersey... He had police lights built into his tails and head lights... He said he would fake pull people over all the time for kicks
