Who here uses ceramic based break pads?

I was shopping around for ceramic breaks, and just got off the phone with IOC. The parts guy was telling me that they don't even stock ceramic based break pads and that I shouldn't use them. Something about if your vehicle has VDC then it can't use ceramic breaks, and if I go ahead with using them, it will warp my rotors in time.

So I asked him, do I have a choice of getting rid of my break dust problem? I asked him what I should do b/c I'm tired of my rims being covered in break dust ever 2 or 3 times I take the car out....he said, that's a common problem with all Nissan's cars, BMW's, and MBenz. I spoke with the guys over at Nappa and they backed up pretty much what the Infiniti parts guy said. I called up Olympus and they fackin clueless, lol.

Anyways, I'm just tryin to see how many of you guys are using ceramic based break pads... someone enlighten me...

so how is the break dust situation with those pads? for ex: how often do you have to clean break dust off your rims? has it been worse or better than before? have you had any rotor issues since? etc

The ones with the ceramic/organic pads bought from autozone, were they for the brembo or no brembo setup?
