Well guys, I finally bought my own place....
Finally had to pull the trigger. Just got a nice promotion so figure I'd make the jump into the NoVa area.
The place is in Reston and I'm within walking distance to the Reston Town Center (Corner of Elden/Baron Cameron and Town Center Parkway next to the Reston Hospital). Its a 1 bedroom + loft (which will be a 2nd bedroom/office) so I think it should be enough space just for me! The balcony has a sweet view so once I get settled in I'll invite some peeps over. I should be closing mid-April or around there. Never thought I'd spend so much on a condo but the prices are still ridiculous
I hope I can still make it out to events but the modding may have to stop!
