I really don't plan on living here for TOO long. I figure by 2009 the prices will be back up and I can make some money on the place. For now though I'm really excited but anxious though because of the mortgage payments. Oh well I had to grow up eventually

Lek, give me until around May to have some peeps over. I need to buy some nice furniture first before the place gets trashed.

Well guys, believe it or not maybe I jinxed myself. As the seller was about to ratify the contract (after verbal agreement no less) and sign on the dotted line the realtor got a better offer and may go with that one. By law I guess they're not committed to take my offer. I really liked the place but its all good I'll keep looking i guess!! How embarassing I make this thread and I don't even get it!
