Thumbs up How do I sound!!!

I dont know what happened yesterday cuz this thread got moved/deleted and it might have been a glitch or something.

I would like to thank Dave & Juan @ Function Tuned
and Mike @ DTM Motorsports for doing the tune and dyno.
Here are some vids that took. Enjoy

The Dynosheet shows the results from a Mustang Dyno and after viewing other threads, people have said that the results differ about 6 -10% from a Dynojet. These number are not real, but after reading threads and talking to professionals in this line of work..I did add the range that I MIGHT possibly be in if this were done on a dynojet..DONT TAKE THESE NUMBERS SERIOUSLY!!!

i'm having a hard time reading that sheet, is that before and after tune? or just two after tune pull? Since it was a dyno tune, I'm expecting a before and after pull and the chart doesn't clearly designate which is which. Either that or you are loosing low and mid for gain up high.

Are you running UTEC or a reflash?

They were both done after the Tune pull. He was just getting my fuel and timing down right.

The bottom lines are before and the top lines are after, but both were done after the tune pull.

Seems a little low for those mods...Are those 19 or 20 inch wheels that you have? Are they lightweight or are they pretty heavy?

They are chrome wheels 19"....I did take that into consideration. Hence that is why I posted POSSIBLE results that I would receive on a Dynojet vs a Mustang Dyno.

I was wondering what happened to the thread. It didn't even show up as a deleted thread for me.

dyno numbers can vary greatly depending on a plethora of conditions, its hard to gauge how well your mods are doing, or how much you gained from the tune without a before/after comparison. but the numbers are good, too bad your chromies weigh 100000000 lb each and you'll still be running 18 second 1/4 mile

I think the numbers look right (according to the dyno comparison). If I remember correctly, you have a 5AT = non-revup. So for a non rev-up i think 260-270 tuned is about the right.

I noticed where you circle at the bottom, AFR (which i imagin is the A/F ratio) is at 7.9? is that correct? Also, like i said before, the 250 pull has a pretty bumpy low end, and you did loose power down load to only gain after 5K. Not sure i understand that fine tuning strategy. I think a tune is suppose to look more linear, like the first pull!

yea, are you just not posting the before dyno? because it's hard to believe they didn't do a before pull to log the data prior to tuning. You really can only judge a dyno based on before and after showing your gains from the tune. With only the after tune chart, it's hard to tell unless there's somethign really wrong..in this case it looks pretty normal except for the choppy low end that i noted above

The A/F ratio does not show up because it done using the UTEC SW provided. I asked Dave about that is what he told me.
When using the UTEC, Dave was tuning my A/F and my timing.

The bottom red line is the 243 hp and the top is the 250 hp...So it is reverse...I gain down low and lose a little at the top. The same for the Torque. I gained alot down low, but I start to lose some around 5k.

The reason why I said both were done after the tune is because the UTEC was already hooked up and the first pull was the bottom line u see on the graph and then he changed some more things around and did some more pulls...all and all, we did like 6 pulls
