TurboXS makes the UTEC...I just took it somewhere to be installed/tuned. that is what costs 395 w/ tax.

The cost of the UTEC is something different.

It really just depends on what kind of a dyno do u want (Mustang or Dynojet).
Its not really about better or cheaper...its just a personal opinion

I was told that if you want a good tune..use a mustang dyno, cuz it calculates for uphills, dowhills, etc....and is not like a dynojet which is inertia based (steel drum). I will eventually get a tune from a dynojet later on.

I think really the only difference is that TurboXS uses a dynopack and i think AAM has a dynojet? There's only so much tuning you can do differently. I believe there is a specific timing and A/F adjustment that's optimal for N/A. I believe one tuner mentioned that retarding it by 2 degree and hiting 12.8 A/R is where the sweet spot is. So regardless of where you go, each place will try to dail it to the same final result. When it comes to tuning, you want whoever has most experience with that particular platform. AAM have done a lot of G/Z but it seem that a lot of the staff have left..ie Function Tuned.

This is exactly what Dave did. He took fuel away and added some fuel in certain places. When I was looking at the chart...it would +2 and -2 in certain areas of the tune under the fuel column and the A/F ratio was around 12.8 and he said that my car seems to like that spot.
