Also, This just added. I was going to replace the carpet in the entire house, but I have decided to let the BUYER pick the color they want in the house and I WILL PAY FOR IT!!!

Note: I have already picked the type of carpet to install, but the buyer will pick the color and yes you can have multiple colors throughout the house if you want too.

Carpet Type: 100% Filament Nylon Carpet which is 2-3 steps above builder grade carpet. Very Soft, Very Nice and WILL NOT clog up you vacuum cleaner.

-_-; I had a chance to get into a 2 car garage townhome that was being built in Fairfax/Centerville back in 2003 for about $350k. I passed and 2 years later, I found out the price jumped to over $600k.

I missed my chance at being able to own a GT-R without a loan...

its a buyers market now, people are often lowballing the asking price. its a good time to buy and a bad time to sell. Devon sold his at a good time. but if you gotta sell you gotta sell hehe. you wont loose money from the time you bought it thats for sure

Not really, You bought your house around the time that House prices are going down. You should be coming out on the good end, cuz I know that Ashburn can get pretty expensive. I would honestly expect your house to gain another 100k IMHO.

Woodbridge is not as expensive as Ashburn, but you do get more house for your money out here too. its a trade off. All you gotta do is pay the mortgage and in about 2-3 yrs...you will have lots of equity to do things that your wife wouldnt approve of

Your right terry, Honestly my house appraised for alot more than what I am asking for, but I have to be competitive w/ the market and w/ the surrounding neighborhood. So it is a good time to buy right now
