Okay i know stupid me...yes i admit fault. For the record none of them were for speeding I go home to get some supplies for work, i notice a cop car follwing me into my court, i turn around to park on the opposite side of my drive and he backs off. I get out and i see him drive past me. Im like okay. So i go inside get my stuff head back out, and what do i see across the drives entrance?

The same cop car sitting there. I do the speed limit cause he's tailing close so i know he's after me. He follows me down the road to pass one light then boom he lights me up.

Anyhow, i got one ticket for no front tags, another for my exhuast, another for failure to produce registration and another for operating car with no registration. The cop didnt tow my car and gave me a break, but he said "becareful cause I made a call out to all other officers in the area to be on the look out." Gee thanks

When i traded in my Acura TL for the G I had an emissions due on the April 4th. I bought my G on April 1st. 2 1/2 weeks later i get into my accident like the majority of you all know. The following month i got a letter from the dealer stating that they could not transfer tags due to the fact of an emissions violation. I mean i got the car on the 1st and it wasnt processed till a month later . Well, while my car was in the shop(s) I didnt bother to register till i got it back. 6 months later after all the B*llsh!t I had to go through i finally got my car back. I've tried multiple times to get it registered, but to know reasonable end. I got stupid responses from the tards at MVA about this and that and how i need documentsfrom the acura eventhough i no longer have it. I show the trade and how i got the title and temp registration for the G and they say its not good enough.


And now this ****. I Knew i would get pulled over sooner or later for the registration and tags, but my Exhuast

I admitted to the cop i was wrong and he was cool about it. And no its not cause i was black cause he was black too. I need to know how can i quiet down the exhuast to a nice level that i can still notice it.

youre lucky cops let you go. but i suggest get that car registered firts b4 anything else. and yeah, you dont have a resonator for your exhaust?

yea i have the one that came with the exhuast or at least i think it did.None the less i would like to add another/one to it.. Maybe an x pipe h pipe, or something..i dont really know. I have time, but would like to know what options i have. I don't think he wrote me a fix it ticket. It just saids too loud & noisey.

I would have walked over to the cops car and asked him whats up before i got in the car... sorry to hear that that happened

 

Glenn, unless you're really on the throttle, the Invidia isn't loud at all. IF the cop wrote you up for it, you were either at 5k rpm (which you can stop doing around cops) or he just wanted to stick it to you. The exhaust itself is not louder than most other exhausts out there.

 

 

yea i kinda swung it around the corner to beat the light.. i guess he heard me..but i also have high flow cats....i've been cruising the back streets avoiding the main roads where the cops sit. I dont push it around my neighborhood except that one time. But oh well. Ill just stay out of plan sight till then. Getting it registered tomorrow.
