I went to court today.It was for a ticket on rt 100 east down by Snowden River PKWY.It was the day we met up at Nissan in Clarksville..70 in a 55.I had a cheep old radar that wouldn't stay in the window.It was the end of the month you know.Well i got the f off....WHOOPIE.The officer didn't show.THe judge was very nice like a moma.Oh i had missed the first court date i forgot .I rescheduled and the overseer didn't show.

 

oddly enough, my mom is on her way to the traffic court right now. Hopefully the overseer doesn't show but he claims she was running over 100mph in her little x3.

I had a state trooper claim i was doing 87 entering on a hwy I -95 at 87 .I had a dodge grand caravan with 2 ac's running the van couldn't have run 87.He pulled over me and someone else.Then when i disputed he said everything was being recorded. Biatch.That was like 1o years ago.So i am home free.

The next week i got the escort x50 blue.This happend in the early summer.
I had just taken the radar out cause Devon and i usually rode the same way .When i was pulled over my radar was laying in the d*mn seat.I was 2 miles from my front door.We were all at the Nissan dealer.Oh well. whoopie again.

 

The officer /overseer represents the state or county /city.So if they don't show for speeding the state has no witness= walk walk walk ans smile when you leave the courtroom/Whoopie. There were 3 cops that didn't show.I plead guilty with an excuse. judge said are you sure there is no one at the witness area i then said not guilty she said you are free to go .pow i was outa there like a bullit .
