Does anyone have this installed on their G35? If so, did you have to do any modification, cutting, etc?

I am thinking on buying one, It is aftermarket, but I want to make sure that it will fit first. Please give me some feedback.

I've seen that type cover on Gs before; it appears to bolt right on. I have seen issues with c/f engine covers though. The resin can start to discolor due to the heat.

 

^yup CF sucks in the engine bay......turns white were the resin is built up...i.e. corners.

 

yeah it will fit... it covers 3/4 of the plenum.

 

Why would you want it without the emblem? you trying to put that one on sideways too??

 

it won't fit unless u take the front stock air duct out. fits fine if u have a cai like nismo or injen but not w/ the stillen or pop charger

 

It will fit, but will hit the front stock air duct.

 

The echos are bad in here heh.

 

Had it in my Car over a year, I have not had any of the problems described above. Looks as good as the day I put it on. Don't remember if I got it from ebay or not, so long ago.
