So its been a while...

Greetings to everyone in the NGC. Most of you probably remember me. I'm Dave, the guy that works at Infiniti of Tyson's Corner, formerly Rosenthal Infiniti, that got Stillen sawy bars for some of you. Let me first apologize to anyone that was on the list and didn't get them. Due to circumstances beyond my control we were only able to get the one shipment of sway bars. While gonig through the buy/sell of the dealership my modes of ordering and shipping aftermarket parts was completly shut down.

I know it may take alot of work to get some of you back as customers and i'm sure some of you won't want to be customers of mine anymore and I completly understand.

Saying all that I haven't been on this site much at all lately due to new regualtions at work about the internet. But I've been cruising through a few threads today and it seems like some of you are having problems with IOC. Well let me tell you what I can do for you.
*Free oil and filter changes
*20% off list price on any part.

This may sound the same as IOC was giving you but its not. They were giving you guys 20% off of an inflated price. I am offering to give you 20% off of list which in reality is like getting between 40% and 50% off of that inflated price IOC was selling parts at.

Now for the bad news. I have absolutly no control over the service department at this dealership, and that is one of the reasons I am willing to give you guys such a deep discount on parts. It won't quite make up for it at first but I you guys come in here in force and show that you are willing to get some work done I'm sure I can get the service manager to work out a deal with you guys.

And just a few more ponts I wanted to let you guys know about
*If you have a 2003-2004 coupe or sedan w/o Brembo brakes you have up until 36,000 miles to get your brakes replaced for free. all you have to do is complain about short pad life and a vibration. This may be common knowledge but I just wanted to throw it out there.
*Anyone still having problems with their window motors we have the largest stock of both driver and passenger side in the NoVA area.
*Loaner cars, which are new G35 sedans are available for just about any service appointment except for oil changes so you won't have to wait around for your car to be done. If you live or work in the area and a loaner car is not available we will be happy to drop you off and pick you up for service appointments.
*I am currently working closely with my new Stillen rep as well as other aftermarket parts companies to set up new accounts. Hopefully in the near future we will get this acomplished and pass the savings on to you.

If you have any questoins that you want o ask me off the board please feel free to call me at work anytime. the number is 703 827-2135 and just ask for Dave. Thank you all for taking to time to read this and I look forward to hearing from some of you! BTW when you call or come in please ask for me and only me as some of the other parts personel are not aware of this deal at this time. I work 8-5 Monday through Friday and everyother Saturday 8-4. To be safe just give us a call and check if I'm here.
-Dave

Dave, let me start off by saying THANK YOU. This is really a great thing you're doing and I'm sure others will appreciate it.

Secondly however is I want to warn you. Since offering these great deals, I'm sure you can imagine a lot of the threads that will be in response to your dealership here or there. I believe this to be a problem in the past (with our PDA or hatred for the service we received). Is this going to be an issue here? If so, maybe we can come up wtih some sort of effort to not post here publically and move to the Members Only forum? Just a thought but thanks again.

Believe me I know how bad people were treated at the old dealer. Let me say this though. I am one of four employees that was retained through the buy/sell. The Customer service index was so bad here they replaced all of the service advisors as well as the service manager. That being said things should be a little different now. But if you would like to move this thread by all means go ahead. And about post about this dealer, again I completly understand peoples feelings about how they were treated. i think I have said on here before how bad it used to be here, so anyone that wants to talk down about my dealership should feel free to do it.

and Lek do I sense some sarcasm? Just to be clear if you have serviced performed here the parts on that ticket will be discounted as well.
