Guessed WHRONG, not a new mod but instead a nice letter of achievement.

The vehicle listed below was identified by a member of the community as one being driven in an unsafe manner. Identification of this vehicle was made using the licese number reported to the Fairfax County PIG Department.
The specific violation observed: SPEEDING
Date and Time of observation: 4/20/06 9
00 PM (thursday) 
Location Behavior Observed: FAIRFAX CO PK / WEST OX RD
Vehicle Information: 04 INFI,CP, VA License: SKYLINE
Corncerned citizens and the Fairfax County PIG Department are cooperating in an effort to stop unsafe driving behavior. Agressive and unsafe driving behaviors are the cause of many traffic crashes that result in the loss of property, thousands of injured people, and many deaths each year.
I recognize that you may not have been the driver of the vehicle at the time that this behavior was reported.
It is possible that the witness erred in their reading of the license plate or has not reported the incident accurately. However, if the information is correct, I urge you and those who use your vehicle to drive more carefully to protect themselves and others. In the event we were provided with inaccurate information, I hope you will understand that comunity concern is high and we wish only to alert you to the information reported.

On a similar note I was driving to my gf's house, sped in and turned into this parking spot pretty hard. Get out of the car and this woman yells from across the street. "Could you slow down when you come through here there are kids in this neighborhood!!!". I got mad for a second but realized that she was right and I said. "You're right, I'm sorry, I'll slow down". And I was cool about it. She then proceeded to try to start berating me again. Before she even got her roll going I screamed "LOOK! I SAID I WAS SORRY!!!" and gave her one of those "B!tch, STFU" looks. She shut up. Found out from my gf that the woman is a b!tch and constantly up in everyone's business around the neighborhood. I mean I admitted I was wrong and I apologized but no way in hell and I'm gonna take her stupid crap after I admitted I was wrong.

damnit i hate NOVA. people here are so damn scared of the world. man when i was out in LA last week, i drove around my friend's Scion TC around while she was at work and for a second there i thought people there drive crazy as hell. but then i got the thinking that, hmmm this is how i drive around slow people. now i wasn't trying to drive like how i usually drive in her car but i had to keep up. over there, you can get a ticket for going slower than the rest of traffic. if everybody is going 80mph, then you go 80 too. i love it! i just don't understand these people around here. hmm.
