For some reason, turn-out was twice as large as I've seen for this organization. That meant more rookies plowing the back forty. A very wet and muddy back forty. Not my student, though he did get out of shape a few times. His Volvo Polestar seemed competent. 6-pot front brakes and AWD. The advance group used a TT start which I've never done before but wasn't a big deal.
The relatively low temps and additional cooling let my 7AT work correctly for two sessions. That was nice. I did manage to fade the brakes in the second session, I thought I had that bug-bear quashed. I also accidentally ran a session in the Intermediate group, boy some of them were slower than I would have expect. I probably scared some of them because I was using advanced rules (passing in turns and point-bys optional).
