The Driveshaft Shop makes them takes about 3-4 weeks to make. $577 shipped for a 7AT one. The 6MT is a little more.

They also make CF ones also if your high power. Our stock DS weighs 31-32lbs compared to this one that weighs 16-17lbs.

Awesome, thanks! Didn't know DSS was making aluminum ones. I knew about their CF ones, but too expensive. Aluminum would be my preference. Z1 had one in the works a few months back, but I haven't heard anything about it. Did you by chance come across any info about that when you were looking?

I assume part of the weight reduction is the loss of the u-joint in the middle?

I have a Z1 AL DS in my G35 coupe. I didn't know DSS had AL ones until I looked. Z1 stopped making them for some reason.

That and our DS is 2 piece compared to the stock 1 piece CF DS for a 370z.

I actually haven't been since I've moved back to the area a few years ago. Been itching to go and see what the G will do!

How is your car coming along? Any track time yet?

Haven't got the car back yet he had to finish a car with JUN cams first sounds nasty with the lope. Cams are in the motor just have to swap the motors was told next week.

Seb said to do a couple logs since the cams are not that aggressive that I won't need much adjusting. He just sent me a update to his throttle hijack the other day should be more aggressive in the low rpm.

Just called the DS shop G37 AL DS ships today!! Should have it by Monday or Tuesday since the DS shop is in the same state.

I'm just going to go ahead and bump this old thread that was just left hanging...

So what happened with the cams?
