Fellow MyG37 members, I frequently go to racing track. One thing that bothers me is the stock OEM Seat. Because it sits too high, My helmet is always bumping against the top. And to avoid hitting the top, I need to crouch down into very uncomfortable position. Making driving very difficult.

I have contacted Sparco and other bucket seat makers. But no success, they don't make brackets for G37.

However I was able to find Corbeau makes custom brackets for G37 Coupe.

At this point I am trying to gather much information on bucket seats. If anyone know alternative, please share with me. Because to me Corbeau is new, and I don't know anything about them.

Wedge Engineering makes all brackets for Sparco. Get in touch with Wedge, thanks to Solopresident, they already have a pattern for the 37. However, they take 3 to 4 weeks to make them.

corbeau has been around, they're not that new. my buddy runs their seat in his 911.

Thank you for your information. I have placed my order with Wedge Engineering. However while I was there employee by the name of Window was not sure if their pattern was for G37 or G35.

I took a chance and placed my order anyway. Also I found a online seller who re-sells Wedge Seat Base.

I found out that Corbeau seat base only work with Corbeau seats. I did some research and most say brackets don't really matter. But the seat does. So to fit Sparco Fighter I opted for Wedge Custom seat base.

I will post pictures when all done.

If you were having trouble getting race seats for the Coupe, I can't imagine how difficult it would be to find for my 2007 G35 VQ35HR Sedan.
