This is the only info I could find on those springs and the member hasn't been on the site since August

From the pics it appears to be a pretty low drop but hard to say for sure.
You might also consider Tanabe lowering springs.
To be honest I wouldn't lower a G without setting aside about $1000, it may come out less if you don't need a full F&R camber kit but money for the springs, camber kits, alignment, tax, will be close to that, and if you only need a rear camber kit it's about $700 that you should budget for.
As far as spacers, IMO it's best to lower it the way you want it, then see how much spacing you want. Spacers are simple to add at a later date, no need to get them right away.

But the decision is yours

I just lowered my 11 g37xs sedan with Swifts springs (new $299 Ebay). I love the drop and the ride is great, only a little stiffer. I got it aligned and yes, you should get front and rear camber kits ($500) or your tires will suffer. My car was -1.75 front and -2.25 rear camber after the springs were installed, the front camber is not adjustable and the rear camber was adjusted to -1.5 after the 4 wheel alignment. The Megan springs are a little cheaper on Amazon and drop a little more, this will make your camber even worse. This is a $1000 venture to correctly lower your G.
Here is how it will sit after springs:

I have to second the idea that you should wait on springs until you have enough extra $. I went with swift springs, and the drop is perfect. I have around -2 camber all around and will not go for a camber kit until I see how the tires are affected.
You will NEED spacers if you're on stock rims. I have 19" from an M, and the car looked horrible with the wheels tucked in. Originally, I didn't want spacers, but they are a must if you don't have properly offset aftermarket wheels. I got 20mm spacers, and now it looks awesome. If I had to do it over again, I would probably go with 25 all around or maybe even 30mm spacers for the front.
Just a heads up on overall prices: $300 for swifts, $200 for install, $100 for alignment, $200 for spacers, and extra if you go for camber kit. Not a cheap upgrade, but definitely worth it.
Here's a photo of the swifts. It has a slight raked look which I dig.
