Trunk wing spoiler for G37 sedan?

I apologize in advanced. I'm a complete noob at all this.

Would the trunk tail wing spoiler from the G35 coupe fit on my 2010 G37 sedan

Darn. Would you happen to know of any aftermarket spoilers that are of the same design, but made for the G37? I currently have the OEM one, but it looks a bit small.

You have the OEM wing? Or the OEM deck lid spoiler? Or the OEM chrome piece?
