Help What can I replace the analog clock with? Any fitted products?

There is a botton on the click itself that you can use to adjust the time, press and you'll see. I'll look for a video explaining this, but it's pretty self-explanatory as soon as you press the button.

The clock is unfortunately no longer a signature:

Personally, I really like the clock. My gripe is that, somehow, there is a smudge on the INSIDE of the clear plastic cover. Drives me friggin' nuts as I like to keep a clean car and from what I was told, I'd have to take the whole center console apart to get to that part. I don't know how (or really trust myself) to start doing stuff like that, though I could probably find a DIY with a simple search.

So, I'm in an interesting position on the signature clock. I should preface by saying that I am a bit of a horologist and own upwards of a dozen timepieces. That said, I really like the analog clock in the dash. But, it could use a little more sophistication. I realize the focus of this thread was on changing to a digital clock or smiley face and op didn't prefer the analog.
However, I'm looking to change the clock if possible. The first hurdle will be that the face is more oval. The second will be the power supply. Lastly, time adjustment would need to be fairly simple and easily accessible. Not sure that any conventional methods will produce for what I am looking. But, it would be nice to have a more sport oriented chrono in the dash.
I wouldn't want to put something pricey in it's place. Especially considering the modification necessary to make it functioning.
Picture simply for reference.

So, I'm still looking. Don't necessarily want to do my own clock build. Found this. I'm by no means interested. But, it's something.
It's Tommy Kaira. So, if that's your thing and want a very mildly modified clock...

I just bought a clock to mod. Why not, right? If Tommy Kaira can put some stupid logo on the clock face, why can't I?
So, any suggestions? I may buy 2 or 3 and run with an idea or two.

Clock is in and disassembled. Trying a rose gold wrap on the bezel and a couple of stripes. Just so-so. It's back lit and I don't want to interfere too much with nighttime illumination.

You're awesome for going in on this mod. I hope it turns out well because it sure is interesting...

The challenge would be to retrofit the existing time adjustment buttons to work with a digital clock. Otherwise, in theory, it would be fairly easy.
