question regarding stock block and n2o

I've read many threads regarding how much hp the g37 stock block is able to handle. The consensus seems to be approximately 550-600 hp.

1) Is this number from the flywheel or is it wheel horse power?
2) I'm pro nitrous and am putting together a system for my 09 sedan.
Am I able to put in a 100-150 shot into my motor without disastrous
results? Most manufacturers recommend a much smaller shot on
stock motors.
3) The car and motor have 91k and run flawlessly. I am a stickler for
maintenance and repair.
4) Wet systems are safer but maybe problematic for our cars.

comments are welcomed for this build.

thanks

Doug

Nissan 370Z Review; Engine (VQ37VHR) > 370z.com > 370z.com - Magazine

"The block uses a bed plate style main bearing cap. Instead of having individual caps to contain the main bearings, the main caps are integrated into a beefy extension of the block which is bolted to the main body of the block in many places. Real racing specific designed engines and motorcycle engines use this sort of solid support for the crankshaft. A bedplate gives the engines bottom end unparalleled strength and stiffness. This helps reduce unwanted noise and vibration (NVH) as well as improve bearing and crank life. Oil jets fed by the main oil galley help keep the pistons cool and improve cylinder oiling. We feel that the VQ37VHR bottom end can be built to easily sustain over 1000 hp without problems."
