08 G37 sport Upgrading Fuel Injectors

Hi Guys,

I have been considering upgrading my fuel injectors on my 08 G37s.

I was wondering if any of you have done this and what was the end result.

I am new to the "mod" world and not really sure how high of a CC to go.

Currently, I am 329.7 WHP with the stock injectors, so I feel an upgrade is needed.

Any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.

Don

do you have a turbo, s/c, or some other power adder that warrants the extra fuel?

No turbo or s/c. Current setup:
Gen3 AI, headers, HFC, Cat-back Ex, ECU flash, lightweight pulley

Unless you go forced induction, there's no real need for larger injectors. Your car's getting all the fuel it needs.

ok thanks. I know that the sc comes with injectors, so if I go that route I'll be covered.

Best way to figure it out would be to check out the duty cycle on your current injectors via cypher. If you're anywhere above 90% and your engine is running lean at high load/rpm then you may want to consider upgrading your injectors.

As BB mentioned though, I don't remember seeing a non-stroked or boosted G37 with upgraded injectors. On LS engines though, it's a different story.
