I've got 70K on mine and there's a lot more modding to do. If you're one of those people that feels the need to get rid of a car every few years or when it gets 100K on it thinks it's life is over, then don't bother.
i plan on keeping it till the wheels fall off lol, ive always kinda envied those ppl that come to those car meets with like 100k+ cars that they have had forever lol
no sir i plan on keeping this car for a LONGGGG time, and i used to b like that but ive grown up sense then bb.

If you question spending money on your car then I would bet that you will likely never fully enjoy/appreciate it. Modifying a car is not an investment. You very rarely ever make back the money you dump into a car, so if you are going to look at it in terms of how much money you will have lost when you sell the car, then I would suggest that you shouldn't modify at all. Modifying is a hobby. You should do it for no other reason than because you enjoy it - the end result, but also the process.
Before I parted out my Z, I recall going to the dealership inquiring about the trade-in value. The salesman who inspected the car told me they would give me roughly $500 over the Kelley Blue Book value of the car at that time. Puzzled, I wondered aloud why the car was not worth more to them considering the tens of thousands of dollars in modification and custom work invested. I remember the salesman asking me, "Did you buy your lunch today?" When I answered in the affirmative, he told me that I was never going to get my lunch money back. Using the analogy that my aftermarket parts were much like the ten dollars I had spent on my lunch that day, the dealer, quite bluntly, informed me that I was not going to get the money invested in parts back, either.

i wasnt askin like is it worth it as far as investment, im talking like engine wize u kno, like if the car can handle upgrades when its like at 100k + miles u get me?
If the engine is in good condition, the mileage won't be a problem. If something does go wrong, rebuild it or swap it out for a salvage engine. The only mods where engine mileage is even a factor on this car is if you go FI. And many who do build the engine when going FI. Or do it later out of necessity.
