Thanks TeeItHi. When the group buy is over and if we get our 10, TWM Performance will give me the code for the 15% to give to you. Then you will go on their site and order the shifter and whatever else you want and apply the 15% code. You will also need to enter your User Name and MyG37.com on the comment section so they know which group buy it is coming from. Once they process your order it will ship. Just check this thread often to see where we are at.

For everyone that is ordering: If you do not visit MyG37.com often, I suggest you PM me your email address so I can get a hold of you when it is time to order. Thanks.

Tempted to give it a shot, but I don't know if this will change my shifting experience for the better or just make it a little annoying.

Voltic, all the guys here that have the short shifters love them. A few have said they would never go back to stock. There's a couple of links with reviews on the second page that I have attached. Hope it's enough to convince you...

Gonna have to think about it, I have a hard time purchasing just off of reviews. I do really love my TWM Leopard shift **** though.

J, did you get the dealer to loosen your OEM shift ****? Any problems?

^ I was in to get my gauge cluster cover replaced because of the infamous peeling corner and I asked them how much it would be to loosen the factory shift ****. They came back and told me they'd do it for free but it would probably break the ****. I told them to go ahead with it, and when I got the car back 30 minutes later, the TWM **** was installed and set exactly how I wanted it without even asking. I respect my dealer a little more now.

Edit: I had the TWM box sitting in the passenger seat and they took a hint, I guess.

I sure did! I asked them and they did it free of charge. No problems and my OEM **** is perfect!

I'm seriously considering it but can't yet commit 100%.

Has anyone been able to just twist the **** off by hand without destroying it? I ask because I really like the OEM and plan to get some custom leather work done to it after installing the short shifter. I gripped it tightly a d started to twist a bit and it seemed like it would come off rather easily if I'd have applied a little more force.
