The reverse lockout should have nothing to do with the ****. It's a stopper built into the stock/short shifter itself that catches on a reverse lockout plate inside the assembly if you don't push down when you're shifting into reverse.

Just check out the manual on TWM's site guys. I read it ahead of time to make sure I didn't need help... never installed a short shifter before, but it's caveman easy. It's the 350Z manual I think, but it has a G37 specific part inside. You'll see the plate I'm talking about... I think it's a gold semi-triangular piece.

These things ship out yet, JJ? I've been insanely busy with moving and travel arrangements.

Nah, I get back in 8 days. We're in Hawaii now. I just need the box soon or I might have problems with a shipping address.

 

UPDATE: Our orders are on schedule to ship out this week, Wednesday being the earliest. And yes, we are getting upgraded to express next day shipping...

Got the shipping notice for my shifter and **** today. Scheduled delivery date is Friday. Anyone else??

 

I got the notice that my label was made... nothing yet on actual physical shipping yet. Still good news though!

 

I got the tracking email saying it was going to be shipped with an estimated arrival date of Friday.
