dont know about the chip, i say test pipes but people will say get HFC (even though they give you 1-2 less whp) to avoid a bit of rasp, and gas smell. you dont really have to worry about CEL lights if you get a high quality test pipe

Uprev provides tuning for the Automatic Tranny. I had mine tuned when I added the Supercharger and am verry happy with it. Also, Transgo offers a valve body kit for the AT. I don't have that installed but I have seen some members on here that have had it done and I plan to install it in the future.

there's no "chip" but yes, UpRev is your best bet. Just find a shop that is UpRev certified and you are all set.

Personally I think HFC's are better, but they are so similar in many ways that the difference in power is almost negligible. The thing I don't like about test pipes is the smell and the added rasp/drone; which is why I go with HFC's

With uprev, you can send them your engine data from your OBD 2 port, and main off the osiris (i think its called) module you can purchase from them (its costs 500 bucks and you can get 3 free tunes). You send them the info, they mess with it and then they send you back a tune, you upload it and bam, your tuned. but a tuning shop will give you better results.

Uprev is pretty picky about the shops it works with. You can check for Uprev certified shops on their website. I think they update the site pretty regularly. Another option if you find a shop that is not listed is to give Uprev a call and find out if they are on the list.

Here is a link to their dealer and tuner locator page:

If you are anywhere near Atlanta, GA go to Forged Performance. Shariff is the best Infiniti tuner you'll find anywhere close to there

I've seen exhaust depot make amazing products and I've seen products from them that look like a 5 year old welded it. In the end, they made right the ones that were poorly made, but it took almost a year. That being said, it was only 2 times I've seen crappy stuff come from there, so the odds are on your side for a good one
