Resonator delete sounded like **** on the G35 with lots of drone, I could only imagine it being the same on the G37... Adding Berk HFCs to the factory catback sounds bad too... Lots of rasp on the high end because the factory exhaust can not handle the added air flow.

Just buy the Tanabe axel back mufflers ... They sound slightly louder than stock, but still retain the factory G tone.

Washers on the bolts between the flanges of the muffler/pipe section in the rear.

I know that's kind of ghetto... I agree. but if you're just after sound, give it a shot before you go investing more $$$.

I've discovered that Magnaflow exhaust coupled with Berk HFC's creates quite a pleasant resonation. It sounds a little ricey, but it still sounds good. One of my girls is a General Manager for an Advance Auto, so she's gonna give me the hook up. :P

stillen exhaust on the g keeps a stock sound at idle, nice growl when getting into it, and imo amplifies the sweet accelerating sound of the vq engine itself
