I thinking going to get top secret kit, Amuse Exhaust, tein flex coilover, volk GT30 phantom blk 19x9.5(front), 19x10.5(rear).

I am looking for JDM intake.

Which one is good? any good ecu chip available?

You need the new JDM intake scoops. They are limited production though.
