Review Mastergrade Carbon Fiber Roof Cap.
no have a body shop work around it, like they do pin striping and graphics on car their should be no reason why that can be accomplished with a small air gun or something and not that expensive, as a matter of fact see if master grade will pitch in since they "guarantee fitment"

well yeah thats my point, i shouldn't have to pay for anything extra because of this, and i should get something back for my troubles as well..we'll see how that all goes.
Bittersweet is what it is... looks awesome except for the white edges.
I think "taping" it would just look bad. If I walked by the car and saw a CF roof, I would take a closer look and discover the stupid black tape/overlay all around and laugh my head off and call it F41L but good try.

This is one of the reasons why I never jumped on their carbon fiber trunk... I want someone else to get it first so you can see all the mis-fitments and problems with it. With the roof cap... Choy Boy did us a favor here LOL... btw looks terrible with the white roof showing but other than that it looks sweeeeeeeeet. Mastergrade FTMFL.
So much haterade in this thread.
Nightlife- you'll see how well the trunk fits in a few days.
The roof was physically impossible to fit the through the gaps by the A-pillars and in the rear, there is only maybe a 1/32" gap. The only solution I can see for those with a white car, is a black vynl overlay under the cap. We are working to remedy the problem for both Choy and future roof cap purchasers..
