What are your future goals? Don't waste money on products you'll end up replacing. I'm currently holding out for the good stuff. Enjoying stock for awhile. Everyone seems to be jumping on anything that's coming out.

First, Even if the housing market slows down there is speculation on inflation so you could see huge rate increases.
So, to answer you questions which so many seem to struggle with.
Go with coil overs as you can adjust height and ride quality to give you a sweet high end look instead of the slammed look (still adresses your performance mindedness).
Personally would not mess with intake of exhaust as these cars have plenty of power and already sound good.
I plan on coil overs and a nice looking set of light weight wheels to give the right drop and filled wheel wells (both adress performance AND looks).
just my .10 and I hope answers the question you presented.

I was thinkl most would say exhaust or intake first good to know about coils. Keep the opinions coming so you can help me make up my mind. I might drive it from Edmonton to Cali this summer and getr the mods done there and take a bit of vacation with the wife and skirt impoting duties

Coilovers, HFC and exhaust (same time), intake, ECU reflash, sway bar. Good long term thinking buying the second home. Somebody has their financial priorities in order.
The house will be worth more than you paid for it next month, the mods you'll be lucky to get half price for if you sell later.

May be in the USA but not in Alberta Canada. My house has doubled in the last 1.5 years. It was new when i bought it. Not buying the house is not an option and it is not going to break me i coujld buy it all now if i wanted but have plans for other things. Buying a second house accross the country in N.S. Close to my parents. Then i have a place to vacation/visit. But it is tempting to do it all now. I even played with the TT idea but the wife was like NO.. So mods will come 1 every 3-4 months.
