It's hard cuz we have to host the pics on a different site. That is just dumb, saves on server space for the forums, but still. It's just an extra step that I wish was not there! I still cant pics to post, even after hosting them on flickr or photobucket.
Linking pics from other sites isn't that hard. Heck, even FB should allow you to link as long as you have the picture set to public. I'll put a facebook picture below. Just set the FB picture to public, then open the picture in its own window by right clicking on it and choose "open in own window". (don't just click on the picture, then it use that inline fb code) When the picture is in its own window, you should be able to right click on it and get its actual location. Just cut and paste that into a messageboard with imgage tags around it. Like this:
