hey Tevi - I don't really have any plans at all on Saturday. We could go down to rock falls...head out at like 9am? Just an idea. Def would be fun to actually line 'em up. Would be a first for me w/ the 6MT too.
Other then that Sunday I'll be at the Vikes game.

From what I read some guy took everything apart from his steering column only to find out the hard way that he couldn't install it because there was no "connector" to plug in the the wires for the paddle shifters. Not sure exactly if it can't be done but it may require more work than normal.
EDIT: Just read that some 07-08 base models had the connectors and some other people claim their cars were missing the connectors so honestly I'd say the best bet is to try to take off your steering column and take a look to see if the connectors are there.

Ok. I'll start by taking apart the steering wheel to see if I have the connectors....I hope I do...REALLY want those paddleshifters. Thanks guys!

The rear emblems are a little bit larger, its all up to your preference really of what you'd like on the front of your car. Either will actually fit if you're just mounting it to a mesh/screen to fill the gialla grille?
Should be a lot of nice cars to watch. I know of a couple of very fast Mitsus going.
later,
Curt

If you guys do go to Rock Falls, I'd get there early. Its going to be a busy day since its gonna be great racing weather and the last Sport Compact day was almost 3 months ago. Time trials start at 8:30am, I'd get there by at least 8am or maybe 7:30am.

Hmmm, I don't think I'm up for racing at Rock Falls. It gets so super busy and I'm not patient enough to wait 2 hours between runs. I would maybe consider spectating if there were some other Gs racing.
So if you guys decide to go, post up and I might go. Unfortunately that's about the best answer I got right now.
