how is it that luther infiniti schedules me a service appointment 2 weeks in advance, then tells me the day of to reschedule on monday because they dont have any loaner cars...........

that's f'd up. when you made an appt did you tell them you needed a loaner to reserve one?
apparently, since i scheduled the appt online, there was another box or somethin for a loaner. but wouldn't you assume that if i was droppin my car off that i would need a loaner?
called lupient today and found out they have no loaners either!!! lose lose situation...have to wait until monday

nah...only because they have a limited amt of loaner vehicles. They're ususally gone by 9am. Anytime i've dropped off its been like 7am
