The way the carfax reads it sounds like the original owner backed into something. The autocheck just states rear end collision.

The 04 is definitely a much much more rare car being a nismo and white on black.

The 03 does have the rust on the strut towers, but does come with snow tires and sport 18's. Sounds like the Previous owner of that one hand wrote service records that he preformed on the car and are in the glove box.

The 04 looks wise is 100x more appealing to me. The 03's mileage is definitely better but you don't get the perks or updates in that one as janik stated.

Here is the autocheck for the 04:
Can't get the autocheck on here because it's a weird file

And it was a collision Janik, I just think the original owner backed into someone/something...

Why would the owner report such a minor crash? I thought you didn't even have to report accidents if damage to your car was under $1,500 in most states... I would be careful buying this car, most people that get in just 'minor' bumper accidents don't ever get reported.

That is true, it's just hard to tell.

If anything there is always the 03 when I get out there if the 04 just doesn't seem right.

I just have to make a decision or I never will.

The 04 nismo is what I have been looking for, minus the rear end accident

Yea the 04 looks bada$$ and the interior color is much better combo. If it drives well and has been maintained by a car enthusiast I would say that is a good sign... It can get stressful finding the right car

It sounds like it has been, I mean he said he waxed the door jams, inside of the trunk and hood. I honestly don't know many people that do that.

Otherwise there is this car:

Otherwise I would stay patient and keep lookin

what's your price range Andrew?
Yeah but being patient sucks, I hate driving the car I am now. So much It sits in the garage all the time. I take the bike everywhere, even when it's raining, and I HATE riding in the rain.

But anyways, my price range is about 12000 give or take. I really want to stay around 9ish if I can but even g's with 110k, people are still asking 10k+. The prices of these cars astonishes me.

If the 04 Nismo is legit and the rear end isn't messed up (I really doubt it would be... it was repaired AT the dealer back in 2004) i'd get that. My sisters new Forester got lot damage from the dealer and you can't even tell it was repaired... I am just sure that the car would have had problems by now if it got repaired in 04.
