There's no point of resisting it...its impossible!

Curt is an exception...since he has like 6 other toys to modify!

Anyone here know much about redoing headlights? Wondering if there is a DIY, or how much it would be to have someone black mine out for me. I went cleared with my old vehicle, but that was a silver TL, so the chrome looked good. I think I'll go the opposite direction with this one.

Fairly easy to do, or is it kind of tricky? The TL had some odd headlights, that must have been a poly/carbonate blend or something because you could actually burn the headlight lense with a heatgun. If the G's headlights are glass, I can't image it's too bad - just heat them up and seperate.

I'll wait to see if there is a DIY (or I'm ready and have the lights out) before I start asking a ton of questions (like what did you use to reseal the housing?)
Myself, Lance and Tevi had ours done by OnEighty but you have to send them off to New York to get done. Turnaround time is good, but you pretty much need another car in the meantime. I know Emad did his himself and learned off his driver side headlight ... I will look up some DIY later since I should be working now but I know there are some on G35driver.com

I found the DIY here in G37. I sent my previous headlights out, but it ended up costing me just over $1200 when they were all said and done. I checked ONEighty, but I'd get way too carried away. Probably want the lights blacked out, iron man, and the LED's on the side strip. That would run me a good 800-1000 again. Not sure I want to go there again.

I might just try them myself and hope to all that is good that i can get it done without screwing something up. lol
