Haha, well that may be true. But I'm not crazy in saying that one leg is significantly bigger than the other. I thought I would just ask, I'm sure having a good amount of daily protein doesn't help the cause either. In regards to your comment about the gas pedal, the pedal itself is just a light pressing, where the clutch is a quick hard push and let off many times. I will just have to show you next time I wear shorts!
(I did manage to pick up a few more pair)
( My left calf is shorter and bigger where my right one is thinner and longer, grosses me out to look at it lol). Damn you all anywho!

That is motivation right there brother. I am trying to get back into it again, sucks not being in school anymore and having a workout buddy. They just built a brand new workout facility at St Thomas before I left, and they even make Alumni pay for it!
They took enough of my $$ the last 4 years

They took enough of my $$ the last 4 yearsMotivation? ....ESPECIALLY when you have a WIFE that is STILLLLL laying in bed by the time you return from the gym!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for remodeling they were doing the exact same thing at WSU when Taylor and I graduated. I'll agree w/ ya though, I had a few different guys I lifted with in college....its def different not having someone meeting you at a certain time or picking you up to motivate ya to go.
I go to Anytime Fitness. There's like 1 or 2 people in there when I go. I did the bench w/ the pulleys 2 years ago with quite a bit of weight....turned out it F'D my shoulder because there was no use of my stabilization muscles ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS MACHINE!!!!!!!*** (had 2 MRI's on it, an X-ray, and about 10 ultrasound sessions @ a chiropractor)
now I setup the squat machine and set the metal bars to a perfect height that the bench bar would hit if i would fully breathe out to spot me. Haven't been able to do heavy weights ever since my shoulder probs...so I do 3 sets of 14 reps for everything. 3x14 on bench....well, try it sometime

And those smith/pulley machines do suck with bench, just not a natual feeling. Do you ever remember when Stefan Johnson (FB player from USC) dropped the weight on his throat!!!! EVer since I heard that I make sure I have a spotter for bench, cuz that s*** would kill
HOLY *****! That's like forever away LOL. Maybe in that time you can just buy something off CL for cheap and upgrade if you want lol. I'm sure there are some HTC Incredibles are going for very cheap....albeit the cost of a data plan :$
I tend to use machines for the sheer fact of form....although you definitely gain some stabilization muscles as you said with doing free weights. I just tend to alternate my muscle groups from day to day. Like last night I did chest and then did lower body and then back to chest and lower so I got a pretty good cardio work out while doing strength training. Tonight I will do my back and cardio, then tomorrow abs and bi/tri/shoulders.
Sup yall,
Damn you Texas Direct Auto. Waitin for a call back from the Cust Serv Manager. Although, I'll probably have to call them back and yell some more. Ready to drive this back to Houston on Fri if they'll take it back. No return policy though... Knew I shoulda went CPO or used from an ethusiast route...
Ah well. If **** hits the fan, it's my fault for mostly paying attention to the mechanical part of the car. Clean carfax my ***. You never really see all the imperfections on a car until you detail it... I swear my 1990 RX-7 has better paint on the aluminum parts than the G. Will keep yall updated on what I find out from the CSM. Odds are, I'll get ****ed. Unless I can sweet talk em up.
As far as working out goes, I'm way to lazy for isolated exercises. Fpr efficiency's sake, I mostly do bench (either DB or BB), Deads, Deep Squats, Weighted Pullups, Weighted Dips.
For cardio, I like to alternate days of 1/4 mi sprints with distance runs, add in some bike, rowing, and jump rope. Should be goood. Abs can be done everyday so after runs and or lifts.

4shizzle. I remember when my arms would just shake trying to keep the weights stable. This is what I was missing with the machines.
my old gym was awesome at that
Forgive me for my randomness, but I was at the gym tonight (and I've noticed this before but I wanted to ask the drivers of the 6mts to see if they noticed the same thing I have had) and my left l3g was significantly more toned in my quadriceps n my calf than my right leg. Like to the point of my calf being deformed vs my right lol. My only explanation has to be with the clutch. Driving it for c-ose to 3 years would certainly affect it. Maybe its just cuz I used to work on my legs a couple years ago. Just wanted to see if anyone else had noticed a difference in the shape or tone of their left calf/legs? Sorry for the awkward question, but it was really bothering me tonight when I was lifting :$
Getting mine fully detailed inside and out by the one and only Janik Thursday. I'm pretty excited to see what kind of magic he can do for my paint.
