Any recommendations for reliable mechanics in the Kansas City area? Dealership is asking nearly $400 for brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing, while most shops around here quoted me closer to $200.


I would like to just order the pads online and have a mechanic take care of the install + resurfacing, but most places around here won't accept 3rd party components for install.
