Infiniti of Peoria...bull**** *** dealership
wow... crazy story.. i hope you get your problem fixed.. and yea, i would just go back to Scottsdale and see if they can do something about it. Don't lose faith on Nissan/Infiniti because of some ****ed up stealership. i'm sure u love the car, just hated the stupid stealership you went to. anywho, good luck with everything and i hope you get it fixed.

Hi, I do not if it is too late but I would like to offer some advice. I had the unfortunate luck of working with Gus a few years back. I will completely agree with everything you are saying about the little person. I don't mean just in statue but also in ideas and creativity. The only thing i can offer is to tell you is to just wait. The person is a total failure. He has never kept a job very long that I am aware of and I would be surprised if he is still there. The little man has failed at every job he had. trust me there have been a lot of failures with him. Also make sure you complain to the owner and powers above him. The man is slick extremely slick. The best way to put it is he has ruined more dealers and people's lives then any other person i ever even heard of. We all use him as a gauge, when we want a major bad example we start off with him, he is the butt of our jokes and when we need an example of a failure anybody I know of that has met him uses him as the ultimate bottom of the barrel manager. So back to what i started off with, just wait he'll be gone he always fails. As in you who just met him now knows. Remember the dealer owner needs to hear your experience so he knows how his customers are being treated. If you stay silent Gus wins. The reason he always fails is because eventually the owner wises up or finds out what he has hired. But if you and others let it go, nothing happens, also complaining to the factory helps but it is the owner who writes his check.
